Returns & Exchanges (Canada)

We do not offer refunds. However, eligible regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of purchase, delivery, or in-store pickup.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation

Exchanges are limited to one exchange occurrence (you cannot return an item, then return the replacement/exchange item as well) .

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or reduced items
• Lingerie and bralettes
• Jewelry and accessories
• Bags and purses
• Biker shorts and leggings

Swimwear

Swimwear may be exchanged or returned for store credit only if the hygienic seal remains fully intact and all other return conditions are met.

Orders Outside Canada

At this time, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside Canada, including the USA.

How to Start a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Curve Theory is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow approximately 3–4 business days for your store credit to be issued as a digital gift card redeemable online or in store.

In-Store Pickup Orders

We’ll happily hold pickup orders for up to 10 days. After that time, the items will be returned to inventory and a store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email hello@curvetheory.ca as soon as possible.

Orders are processed Tuesday through Saturday. We are closed Mondays. Approved cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to help cover non-refundable payment processing charges.

Shipping

We ship with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. If one carrier experiences delays or service disruptions, we’ll automatically use the next best available shipping option whenever possible.

Free shipping is available on orders over $125 CAD before tax within Canada and the USA. Orders below that amount will have shipping rates calculated automatically at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Tuesday through Saturday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Mondays.

Total delivery time includes both our processing time and the carrier’s transit time after pickup.

• Canada: Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–9 business days after carrier pickup. Express shipping generally arrives within 1–3 business days after pickup.
• USA: Tracked shipping typically arrives within 5–9 business days after pickup. Expedited shipping generally arrives within 4–6 business days, and Express shipping within 2–3 business days after pickup.

Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Please Note

• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and do not include our 1–2 business day processing time.
• Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control and cannot be guaranteed.
• Curve Theory is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, lost or stolen packages, or porch theft.
• International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees based on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• If an international package is refused or returned, any return shipping or brokerage fees may be deducted from the store credit issued.
